To celebrate the 15th Anniversary of Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.) in 1998, Snap-On Tools created a commemorative box that included one Snap-On flathead screwdriver and one Snap-On phillips screwdriver.

The screwdrivers come packaged in a box featuring logos from MDA, the H.O.G. 15th Anniversary and the Harley-Davidson Bar & Shield.

This boxed set was given away in 1998 as part of a raffle promotion for MDA at the 15th Anniversary H.O.G. Rally at the Wisconsin State Fair Park.
