About Scott Jacobs:
Scott Jacobs was the first gallery artist to become officially licensed by Harley-Davidson worldwide, creating their Fine Art division in 1993.
Scott's work proudly hangs in permanent collections at the Peterson Museum in Beverly Hills, the LA County Museum, St. Louis Museum, Cobb-Murrietta Museum and the Milwaukee Museum.
