The building that houses this noisy, tile-floored saloon is — like Kelly’s across the street — a relic of Westport’s wild cowboy past. There’s a menu of good bistro fare, including hazelnut-encrusted goat cheese. The kitchen stays open late, so no one has to leave Harry’s hungry, even after midnight.
