Georgie Porgie's, is now open in the Watts Mill Shopping Center. The "good 'ole days" are happening, at Georgie Porgie's!! Great breakfast and lunch specials are on the menu, along with the music that will take you back and leave you feeling good.

Upon entering the restaurant, you'll notice the tables are relics, from 1940's-style kitchenette sets. The walls are adorned with all kinds of NOSTALGIA, such as, old vinyl records, held up with thumbtacks, along with framed photos of Jim Morrison, vintage postcards, paper illustrations of 1960's automobiles, and a 'GENUINE WOODSTOCK TICKET'!! Check out the tri-cycle, hanging from the ceiling, and the old canoe on the wall!

This 'cozy place', seats just 50 guests, and has a casual, relaxed, atmosphere! The popular 'Connie’s Sampler'  includes two eggs, two strips of bacon, one sausage patty, one pancake, one wedge of French toast, and half an order of fried potatoes.

The 'lunch menu' offers traditional 'diner' fare; thick, juicy, hamburgers, on slabs of Texas toast, as well as, 'offbeat' items, such as, a 'Hawaiian Garden Burger'.

According to The Kansas City Star Magazine, 'Georgie Porgie's' pancakes, are "OUT OF THIS WORLD"! Tender, irregular-shaped, perfectly brown, and clearly homemade. The portions (big) and prices (low) make for a more winning kind of nostalgia.
