Take a group to hear The Harlem Quartet, presented by the UVM Lane Series, on Friday, March 27, 2009 at 7:30pm at the UVM Recital Hall.

The Harlem Quartet made their acclaimed debut in the fall of 2006 at the Sphinx Organization’s Gala Concert at Carnegie Hall, earning rave reviews from the New York Times, as well as at the legendary Apollo Theatre in Harlem. 

This outstanding string quartet will play a program that includes the Ravel Quartet, a new piece written for them by Wynton Marsalis, and Duke Ellington’s “Take the ‘A’ Train.”
