Description
Have you always wanted to learn sign language? A deaf mom will teach American Sign Language (ASL) to an adult for one hour per week for ten weeks in a group of 4 people. ASL is a complete, complex language that employs signs made with the hands and other movements, including facial expressions and postures of the body. These lessons will provide insight into language and deaf culture. It's a fun and interactive class.

Dates and times to be determined by students and teacher. Purchase of workbook is recommended. No cash value. Item must be picked up at the DCF office by December 15, 2008, or item will be shipped at winner's expense.
