Epsom Salt has beneficial properties such as easing stress and relaxing the body, relieving pain and muscle cramps, exfoliating dead skin, helping muscles and nerves function properly, helping prevent hardening of arteries and blood clots and relieving constipation.

Sea salt contains all of the precious minerals our bodies need. These minerals make this type of salt a vital necessity. Trace elements, found in sea water and in natural, hand-harvested sea salt, work to maintain the proper function of the body's systems.

Eucalyptus Essential Oil has a cooling effect on the emotions. It also clears the head, aids concentration and strengthens the nervous system. Its antiviral action works well on the respiratory tract, soothing inflammation and easing mucus. 

My bath crystals contain both of these salts and either body safe fragrance oils or essential oils. This jar holds 2.2 ounces of bath crystals. They can be used in the bath or as an exfoliator in the shower. Just take some out and rub all over your skin to sluff off dead skin.
