Kate is a graduate of MINE in the Clinical Massage Therapy program, focusing on Deep tissue massage. She is a research scientist and brings a deep understanding and appreciation of biology and physiology to her practice. As an experienced athlete, she is interested in working with clients to achieve their goals using her intuitive approach to therapeutic massage. The modalities Kate uses are Deep tissue, Swedish, Prenatal massage, Hot-stone, and Sports massage.
