Executive Chef Joseph Letteri of Simplicity will consult, plan, shop, and prepare a five course gourmet dinner for two in your home. Clean up and left over storage included.

Special Instructions
Additional food can be provided for an additional fee and you must be within Boston MA city limits or a 30-minute drive from Bostons' North End or a mileage fee will apply. Gratuity is not included, and a discounted per-person fee will be charged for parties over two.

Born in Italy, Chef Letteri moved to Boston’s famed North End when he was 12. Following his love for cooking, he attended Newbury College of Culinary Arts for a year, then completed his bachelors degree in English from the University of Massachusetts. He played professional basketball in Italy, assisted several master chefs in a few of Boston’s finest restaurants and has worked several years for the Massachusetts human services assisting the elderly.
Joe found himself drawn to the kitchen at an early age. His earliest inspirations came from his mother and grandmother. His appreciation for ingredient quality was mentored by his grandfather, owner of a North End butcher shop for the past fifty years. Travels throughout Italy and the Far East provided additional inspiration, and much of his cooking today reflects the flavorful, healthy cuisine he discovered along his travels.
Simplicity is the natural outcome of his lifelong love of food and cooking. He launched his personal/private chef service in November of 2005 and has been servicing private parties and preparing home delivered meals in the Boston area ever since.
