Executive Chef Norm Owens, of the critically-acclaimed LaHaye Restaurant, will teach a hands-on cooking class for 10 at a private estate in the hills of Sonoma Valley.  This home has been featured on the cover of several national magazines and design books.  The class will consist of three courses of fresh California cuisine, prepared with local ingredients.  Chef Owens is known for his “farm to table” approach to cooking.  After working hard to prepare the dinner, your group will sit down and indulge in your culinary creations, paired with local Sonoma wines.  Depending on your choice, dinner will be served underneath a beautiful outdoor arbor, or indoors in this lovely home!
