The Galante vineyard, on a thin soiled east-facing slope, provides creamy blackberry fruit character and depth of tannins. The Green Valley vineyard, on the cold floor of the valley, contributes bright high-tone raspberry fruit and good acid backbone. Dutton Ranches' newest vineyard, Manzana, is planted to Dijon clone 828 which brings its deep color and lush tannins.
