Lochlin Smith is an accomplished Vermont artist who has been designing distictive and timeless bronze and silver jewelry for over thirty years. His large metal sculpture are equally inspired, playing with balance, movement, mass, and gravity.
Ward Joyce is an artist and architect living in Montpelier, VT. He has a Master of Architecture from the University of Minnesota and a Studio Arts degree from Middlebury College. Along with Lochlin, Ward is a recipient of Montpelier Public Arts Fund/National Endowment for the Arts public sculpture grant, 2000.
While in Montpelier you can see their collaborative sculpture, entitled "Riverpiece", over-hanging the river on Langdon Street next to The Shoe Horn.
