Attention rising high school juniors and seniors:  Are you interested in engineering and want to give it a try before college?

North Carolina State University offers this one-week onsite engineering experience in the summer of 2009.  Choose from 10 different programs, including computer science, aerospace engineering, robotics, and others. These programs are designed to introduce students to engineering problem-solving techniques through hands-on laboratory experience, lectures, and field visits. Each workshop begins with check-in on Sunday afternoon; the academic experience covers each day Monday through Thursday with a capstone event on Friday morning, to which parents are invited; check-out begins at noon on Friday.   All participants will receive information about the College of Engineering as well as NC State University.
