This 1989 Norman Rockwell Collectors Plate entitled "The Love Letters" was created by the Edwin M. Knowles China Company and endorsed by the Rockwell Society of America.  This is the Fifth Plate in the limited-edition Rockwell's Golden Moments series.  Rockwell painted "Love Letters" in 1924.
