The Dallas Arboretum was founded upon the dreams of a few visionary Dallasites. Because the Arboretum is younger than many of the nation's arboreta, there is still considerable room for growth and development of the gardens as well as its research and education efforts. These are just some of the things that are planned for the Arboretum's future.
