All Mozzarella Company cheeses are handmade following centuries-old recipes, just like the cheeses made in Europe.  The cheesemakers chop the curds, made daily from farm-fresh mikl, which are then strung and formed by hand into balls of fresh mozzarella

The higest bidder will receive handmade award-winning Baby Caciotta Cheese.  This cheese is mellow and savory. Semi-soft.  A Texas version of Monterey Jack Aged at least 2 months.
