Roberto Ramos, born and raised in San Jose, California, moved to Los Angeles as a teenager to begin his career in hairstyling.

Since then, he has divided his time between establishing Estilo Salon as a creative force in the entertainment industry, and as a freelance hair stylist for commercials, concert tours, fashion shows, magazines, and movies.

Roberto has been a “personal request” by some of the top names in Hollywood and is responsible for creating some of the most admired and copied hair styles. He is an Emmy award nominee for his work on Bette Midler’s TV special, “Diva Las Vegas” and has participated in his own “GOT MILK” campaign for Hispanic consumers.

Currently, Roberto is known for his expertise throughout young Hollywood, styling the locks of such superstars as Jessica Alba, Eva Mendes, and Brittany Murphy as well as other well known celebrities, models and music artists. Both he and his work have been showcased in publications such as Elle, Harper’s Bazaar, In Style, People, People en Espanol, Rolling Stone, Vanity Fair and Vogue. Roberto has also been featured in various media outlets including “Style Star” for the Style Network and E! Entertainment Television.
