This is a permanent make-up session (Eyeliner or Eyebrows) by professional make-up artist, Jeffery Lye Segal. It includes the initial session plus a touch up visit, typically done 3-4 weeks after the first visit, and preferably no later than 2 months. The touch up session completes the procedure, darkening and smoothing the color.
