The town of Estes Park is famous for its shopping and dining.  Visit The Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, which was the inspiration for Stephen King's "The Shining".  You can even go on a "ghost tour".  Ride the sky tram over the mountains.  Art festivals and events all year - see the elk fawns in springtime, elk "bugling" in the fall.  Spring, summer and fall are the most popular times to visit beautiful Estes Park.  Winter is wonderful there if you want to "get away from it all".
