Jazz Studio:  Subject to advance booking and availability of dates.  Must mention gift certificate when booking and provide original at check-in.  Completion of a booking agreement is required and reservations are subject to availability.  A refundable damage deposit of US$350 is required at check-in.  No cash value.  Must be redeemed by November 30, 2009.  Airline tickets good for roundtrip travel within the 50 United States, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, or Canada, economy class.  No advance reservation required.  Stopovers, open jaws, or circle trips are not permitted.  Airline travel must take place between 11/08/08-11/30/09.  Passenger is responsible for all taxes/fees associated with airline travel to chosen destination.
