Laurelwood offers 8 1/8" fine china dog breed plates, with a hand-painted gold rim and an original breed design in a rich brown color. Designs are fired into the plates and are not just decals floating on the surface. Laurelwood artists do an excellent job of representing true breed type in each of our 63 breeds. Each year's design is a limited edition of just 150 plates per breed. The reverse side of the plate is marked with the breed name, year and our Laurelwood name. The plates are eggshell in color.
