The retreat, a private home, is available from Friday evening through Sunday evening. If departing Sunday evening one must note that the Calgary International Airport is 3.5 hours drive in good weather. The home is a 4 bedroom home where 3 spare bedrooms and two spare bathrooms sleeps either two couples or two couples and up to three children for a total of two queen beds and 3 singles. (Grandparents and parents please note!)

This lake view retreat can be used in either winter or summer. The winter weekend, if selected, will include either ski lift tickets for two at the Panorama ski resort (www.panoramaresort.com/index.htm) or equivalent dinner for two in Invermere. Additional winter attractions nearby include the world famous ski resorts in Lake Louise and Banff, Alberta, Kicking Horse, Golden, B.C, and Fernie Alpine Resort, B.C, ice skating on the lake, ice fishing and hot springs/pools nearby.

Summer Attractions include golfing (http://www.golfriverside.com), boating, kayaking, river rafting, windsurfing, swimming, hiking and mountain biking. An alternative summer option includes mountain biking at the Panorama resort or a golfing tee time for two.

Accommodations are based on a Friday afternoon arrival and a Sunday evening departure. Breakfast is included and there are many wonderful restaurants around to accommodate lunch and dinner. Not available during weekdays. Non-smoking and no shedding or big (over 35 pounds) dogs allowed.

Included is transportation to and from the Calgary Alberta Canada International Airport to Invermere, a three-hour drive. You also have the option to secure your own transportation and tour around! The weekend you chose will be confirmed in advance with the owners.
