This is an outdoor enthusiasts' paradise!  You can walk to the beach and see local wildlife including monkeys and birds in the trees along the way.  PLaya de Coco, which is a 5 minute drive, is the launching point for world class fishing and the world famous surfing spots Ollie's Point and Witch's Rock.  You may enjoy renting a boat to see scenic sites along the varied shoreline as well as any water activities including snorkeling and scuba diving.  Also, many canopy, zip line and volcano tours are nearby which provide a variety of activities including horseback riding, water slides, mud baths and hot springs.  The nearby town of Playa de Coco provides colorful shops and attractions including a casino!
