7 day stay at penthouse located in historic Stockholm's most desirable residential section.  Within easy walking distance to the city center and many of its main attractions, including the Wasa ship, Skansen Zoo and Cultural Park, numerous museums, the world-renowned concert hall, the Tivoli amusement park, and the archipelago ferries.  Quaint ferry ride,or easy public transportation, to the Old Town and the Royal Palace! Large park with very well-equipped play ground abuts the building; many restaurants and stores nearby. Summer in the land of midnight sun is truly magical!!

The fully renovated penthouse is located on the two top floors of a 1950's building, built for use by diplomats from around the world. It is 2,000 sq. ft. and has two twin beds and one European King, but easily accomodates a larger family. The  eat-in kitchen is fully equipped, including microwave, coffee maker, and wine refrigerator. The main bathroom includes a jacuzzi and European shower; there is also a half bath.  There is a spacious living room and dining area as well as two bedrooms on the first floor. The second floor has a lounge area, large office, and a second dining area which abuts the second twin bed. For the architecture buff - the unit is largely furnished with very liveable pieces and textiles from Scandinavia's most well-known 1930's to 1950's designers! On the second floor are two large balconies, at least one with nice plantings and outdoor furniture.  The first floor has a small balcony.
