We have put together a cooking - themed gift basket for aspiring chefs and/or enthusiastic foodies to devour. Included in the basket are three recently published cookbooks by well-respected chefs, including Wellesley's own Ming Tsai; accessories for an evening of wine and food (such as a Boos maple cutting board, cheese plane, wine decanting funnel, 25-year barrel-aged balsamic vinegar, and a set of 4 Williams-Sonoma kitchen towels); two bottles of Sonoma=Cutrer wine from the California winery's private reserve collection (a 2004 chardonnay and 2005 pinot noir) with recipes paired to each; and a $50.00 gift certificate to Wasik's Cheese Shop in downtown Wellesley.
