Regional has become one of the Upper West Side's best loved Italian trattorias. It attempts the impossible--to serve food from several of Italy's diverse regions, and, according to reviewers, manages to pull it off quite nicely, all in an open and airy space with huge wine barrels interspersed between fine art photography on the walls.
