The Children's Program at the Manhattan Movement and Arts Center has a variety of classes to offer children from babies to teenagers.  Bring your child to the state-of-the-art performance facility to reveal the potential artist, actor, and creative mind within!  The Children's Program at MMAC is geared towards providing an avenue to self-expression, friendship-building, and personal development.

Capoeira is a fast-paced martial art incorporates a series of swift and powerful movements performed to Brazilian string music in what is known as a "roda" or Capoeira circle. Basic movements consist of circular kicks, cartwheels and whirling handstands on the floor. Students will enjoy ample opportunities to explore self-expression through this combination of martial arts, dance and music.
