It’s a four week boot camp for women located at Lake Merritt.  Whether you are looking to lose the holiday pounds, training for a 10K, or looking to jump start your fitness routine, the Adventure Boot Camp can help you reach your goals. Named "Best of the East Bay" in 2007 by the East Bay Express, Oakland Adventure Boot Camp for Women is a four week outdoor fitness program that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training for woman of all ages, sizes and fitness levels.
