Get up with the birds to train in this 4 week session of Windy City Adventure Boot Camp women's only program. Sessions held from 5:30-6:30 am Monday thru Friday. Two camp locations available (Lakeview and North Shore). All camps include Cardio and Muscular Toning, Core and Flexibility training, pre & post camp measurements, nutritional seminar, constant support to help you achieve your goals! Camp indoors during winter, outdoors April-November. Certificate expires December, 2009
