H.M.D. Academy training consists of studying the physical and mental techniques of Tae Kwon Do. Our curriculum is based on the principle that the martial arts are a form of education not simply a competitive sport. You will be challenged physically by increasing your flexibility, strength and cardiovascular capacity while learning complex forms of coordination. Mentally, the H.M.D. Academy program will present topics of study such as motivation, development of positive attitude, process vs. goal orientation, development of self-discipline and self-awareness, as well as other topics.
