You and a companion will receive two admissions to L'Academie de Cuisine's French Cooking Course, a demonstration of classic and modern French cuisine, taught every Wednesday by L'Academie de Cuisine's founder and president, Francois Dionot. The three course sampling menu is served with wine, and recipes are included for you to try at home. Classes are in Bethesda and can be taken from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm or from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. This certificate may only be used for specified class and it expires November 6, 2009.
