The lucky winner of this auction item will have the culinary pleasure of dining on delicible dishes prepared by Chef Derek Crumbliss for two couples at the residence of your choice (Bay Area locales, please). 

A graduate of the California Culinary Academy, Chef Derek has many years experience as a professional chef where he has been delighting diners at local restaurants such as The Swiss Hotel, Redwood Café, Paradise Bay and currently as the catering chef for Mangia Nash.  Derek has managed several important catering events for local catering companies in addition to running his own events for select clients. 

In support of a great cause and to extend support for his adoring nephew (a current student at St. Raphael’s), Derek will work with you to prepare a menu for two couples.  He will then come to your home to prepare and serve the dishes you agree on, turning your home into an exclusive fine dining venue for the evening.
