I bought this kit because my wife and I are addicted to Sushi, but the cost was killing us. To aleaviate the financial strain we decided to learn to make Sushi ourselves. This kit has it all; An easy to read how to booklet, bamboo rolling mat, dipping dishes, rice molds for sashimi and four sets of reusable chop sticks. All of this together in a very nice storage box.
