Pasadena's legendary Huntington Library offers two guest passes and tea for two in the lovely Rose Garden Tea Room. While there, visit the amazing botanical gardens developed in 1903 and now spanning nearly 120 acres with sweeping lawns and vistas interspersed with statuary, tempiettos and benches. The Art Collections are housed in four art galleries and feature a comprehensive collection of British and French art of the 18th and 19th Centuries as well as a representative collection of American art. The Huntington Library houses over seven million items. Currently on display at the Huntington Library, among other items, are the Ellesmere manuscript of Chaucer's Canterbury tales. The Library collections range in time period from the Middle Ages to the 21st century.
