Enjoy this beautiful white Limoge ornament.

An ornament from the works of Jean-Jacques Proiongeau from Haviland.  Prolongeau is a disciple of Raoul Dufy and one of the rare ceramists whose work has been internationally recognized.  His charming pieces of ceramic sculpture began as Christmas ornaments, part of an annual series of Collectables.  But, becuase each is a  piece of sculpture, produced in Limoges by the craftsment of Haviland, it has a beautiful, ornamental year-round role in family life. 

Instruction sheet discusses ways the ornament can be enjoyed year round mounted on ribbon as a wall hanging, suspended in a shadow box, used as a table ornament as well as on the tree at Christmas.

Ornament measures approximately 4 1/2" by 5", and is about 1/2" thick.
