According to the back of the postcard, it could be mailed for ONE CENT within the United States, Island Possessions, Cuba, Canada and Mexico.  TWO CENTS for foreign.  Oh my how postage has increased!

Good condition - the lower left corner has a little wear, but otherwise, it is in excellent condition. Collectors piece.

Depicts the  Administration Building of Cedar Crest College, formerly the Allentown Women's College, with a few graduates in robes gathered along a walkway, and a woman dressing in period costume.
