Description
The winner gets to choose the week and the type of camp! Summer day horse camp, where you'll learn to care for horses and learn to ride. For Beginners or for those with experience.
Farm Camp/ Horse Camp for ages 7-15 is offered during the months of July and August. No experience necessary, young people enjoy hours of fun and recreation learning new skills and making new friends. Horse camp offers 4 hours of riding and horse related activities in the AM, crafts and horse related programs in the PM. A special Horse Show is open to the families on Friday to show off new skills and new friends. Farm Camp involves our camper with all aspects of the summer season on the farm. Time is divided between gardening, animal care and handling and forestry projects. Each group is unique, creating their own area of focus for the week.
As the goal of our camp is to teach children in a safe environment, we reserve the right to cancel summer camp for any child who refuses to follow safety rules. Children should wear appropriate attire for riding, long pants, and shoes with heels. Riding helmets are required. If needed, they can be rented for $2.00 per day. An additional outfit for other activities should also be provided, shorts and sneakers and rain slickers.

Flint Hill Farm is located at 1922 Flint Hill Road in Coopersburg, PA. Directions are below
From NJ: Take 78west: After crossing into PA take the 3rd exit #67-Hellertown/Bethlehem. At bottom of exit ramp make a left onto 412south. Go approximately 3 miles until you see Leithsville Inn. Make a right onto Flint Hill Rd. Take Flint Hill Rd to the top of the hill (approx. 1mile) and Flint Hill Rd. makes a right hand turn (to continue straight would put you on Richlandtown Pike). Go approximately ¾ mile and you will see Flint Hill Farm on your left. Pass the farm and make your 1st left onto Forest Drive. Driveway entrance is on your left.
From Allentown area: Take 309 South to Passer Rd (Peppercorn Pub on corner). Make a left onto Passer Rd. Go 1 mile.Make left onto Forest Drive. Follow Forest Drive to top. Flint Hill Farm is on your right.
From Philadelphia: take the Northeast Extension (Rte 476) to Quakertown exit. Take 663east to Rte 309(Trainers Corner). Make a left onto 309 North. Go to Passer Rd(Peppercorn Pub on left). Make a right onto Passer Rd. Go 1 mile.Make left onto Forest Drive. Follow Forest Drive to top. Flint Hill Farm is on your right.
