Building on the centuries-old traditions of European dueling and swordsmanship, modern Olympic fencing turns a once fatal practice into a safe and enjoyable sport.

Beginning Fencing Classes - Come join us for one month of fun with the foil.  In this month long class, you will receive an introduction to the art of fencing.  Every class will include warm-ups, footwork, attacks and fundamentals of defensive actions and bouting with a partner.  This fun class will enable you to learn the beginner's basic strategy of foil fencing, as well as expose you to the modern art of fencing.
