CSB's own Extreme Athlete, Dirk Tacke, will coach you as you prepare for the Kaiser Permanente Half Marathon in February 2010 (date TBA, but is usually Super Bowl Sunday).

Training will begin after school starts in September 2009. Coaching will include training plans and regular group training runs, as well as lots of moral support! Whether you want to work on a personal best time or fulfill your dream of running your first half-marathon, it will be better with the Tacke Pack!
