This is sure to be a memorable night!
Chef Fred Halpert, former James Beard Advisory Member, will prepare specialty dishes from each "three star" restaurant on his resume. Chef Halpert began his career in the top professional kitchens in France and worked with six of France's greatest chefs.
Halpert was the executive chef f San Francisco's Portman Hotel as well as Restaurant 101. He was then the chef-owner of four Bay area restaurants from Brava Terrace in St. Helena to Livefire in both San Francisco and Yountville.
This classic French dinner will be hosted by Steve and Gerri Grossmann and will be accompanied by selected wines donated by the Grossmanns.
