This lot contains one bottle each of the 1998 estate bottled Chardonnay, the 2004 estate bottled Cabernet Sauvignon, and a 375ml bottle of the 2004 Dolce late harvest dessert wine. The Chardonnay is a blend of Napa Valley vineyards. It opens with expressive aromas of tropical fruit, orange spice, and guava, and has classic mineral tones that underscore the mouth-filling palate of fig and melon. The Cabernet, primarily from their own Stelling Vineyard, offers a perfume of bright raspberries with complementary layers of cassis and cedary oak. The Dolce has aromas of dried apricot, close, orange rind, and an earthiness reminiscent of white truffles.
