AMERICAN AIRLINES
Travel is valid for 12 months from date of issue. A 7 or 14 day advance airline reservation is required. Airport taxes and fees are the responsibility of the passenger. Flights may not be upgraded with miles. A Saturday night stay is required by American Airlines.
HOTEL
An additional night is required between December 22 and January 1. All reservations must be made 30 days prior to arrival. Travel is valid through 12/31/09.

Any cancellation 20 days - 8 days prior to arrival will be subject to a $1000 cancellation penalty. Any cancellation less than 8 days or No Show will be subject to a $3,000 cancellation penalty.

CHRISTMAS CANCELLATION POLICY: DECEMBER 22-JANUARY 1 Any cancellation 59 days - 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a $1,500 cancellation penalty. Any cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a $3,000 cancellation penalty.
