You and five (5) friends will be treated to a truly unique experience when you spend time as Roger Williams Park Zoo Chefs! Your assignment: Help our zookeepers enrich and stimulate our beloved Moon Bears (Asian Black Bears).

Your first stop is the Zoo kitchen where you will use your culinary skills to create a tasty snack such as 'simulated bug guts' and lots and lots of fruits and peanut butter! Then it's off to the workshop where you'll use your snack in the construction of an enrichment tool that is sure to delight our Moon Bears.
You and your zookeeper mentor will then head to the exhibit area where you will hide your handiwork in the empty bear exhibit--under rocks, in low branches, etc. It's not time to sit back and relax, however, because you will now have a great time watching the bears come in and try to find AND enjoy all of the hidden treats! This "hands-on" experience is sure to be full of fun and wonderful memories.
