Cruise for 6 nights on the 108 foot yacht, “Illusions” through the Bahamas! To see more of this amazing yacht, click on the website! www.charterillusions.com This donation includes the following, 6 night yacht charter, for a maximum of 8 people in 4 cabins. (One additional child maybe possible on a blow up bed in parents’ room with permission from the owner and Captain.) Configuration: 3 Kings and 1 oversized Queen, all with private toilet & shower.Check in: 3 PM - Check out: 12:00 noon--Charter dates to be mutually agreed upon. (Summer weeks still available.)--All staff and 3-4 person crew, including Captain, chef and stewardess.--All fuel for the boat charter based on a predetermined itinerary.--Use of two wave runners and fuel to operate them.--Use of snorkeling gear and water toys.--Use of the 21 foot jet boat (driven by crew) and fuel to operate it.--External electricity, fuel and water on the yacht. (Every time the yacht docks at a newmarina, it costs extra, based on length of the yacht).--Dockage Fees away from Nassau Yacht Haven Marina (To be paid everytime the boat docks at a new marina). Cost is based on the length of the yacht.--Pilot Fees (The pilot is the person who guides the yacht through reefs and into harborsthat the Captain is not qualified for. --All food, and soft drinks --Crew gratuity ** Currently, these are the dates that are open, but they could fill anytime. The winning bidder should book dates as soon as possible. Special Instructions
Must be a member of the Campbell Hall community to bid on this item. There must be at least ONE Campbell Hall family on the trip. Expires March 12, 2010. Is NOT available for 2010 spring break. Yacht donation does not include: -Alcohol (other than a welcome cocktail) is not included.-Airfare to and from the yacht (docked at the Yacht Haven Marina in Nassau.)-Dockage fees at the Atlantis Resort in Nassau.-Phone calls, internet or fax usage.-Anything on land. The auction winner would be required to sign a standard charter agreement outlining what is included and not included. *Yacht charter is not transferable or re-saleable without permission from owners. Once the charter week is booked, it is non-changeable unless the week can be resold at standard rates. No more than 8 guests may sleep on board (one additional child is possible with permission from the owner and Captain.) A maximum of 12 guests may cruise and a maximum of 16 guests may be on board while docked.
