Because Everyone Should Feel So Good.

Two years ago, three 40-something men met at a crossroads in their lives and decided to do something about it. 

Seasoned Ironman  and fitness expert Joe Turcotte of Colorado and two then novices, Californian Keith Kober and Kevin Brown of Massachusetts - each competing on behalf of their own respective charities -met, bonded and decided to combine their efforts to raise funds for those less fortunate.

Project Ironman was born.

Under Joe's tutelage Keith and Kevin pledged to each compete and complete all six WTC Ironmen triathlons in the United States in less than a year, beginning Nov.1 with Ironman Florida.

Throughout their journey, they will raise money, awareness, hope and expectations for others.

Physically, Spiritually, Emotionally Possible? We hope and believe so.

Insane? Perhaps

But definitely Nuts!

Somewhere along the way, Kevin Brown, who in his two previous Ironmen had raised more than $35,000 for his two favorite charities, began wearing a tee-shirt with the caption "What R U Nutz?" above his picture.

The saying caught on.

Soon the three 'Project Ironmen' "Nutz" found themselves at yet another crossroads. Strapped for resources and with grueling full-time training schedules, they were offered the opportunity to create and market their own brand of "Nutz" wear.

IronNutz was born - for people like them and for the "Ironman" in all of us - "Windmill Chasers" all.

So the Journey is beginning. Awareness is being raised. The less fortunate are being helped. And lives are being changed.

Something that once was considered impossible is now within reach - as long as those late middle-aged bones hold up.

To  those who have experienced the finish line of an Ironman Triathlon, you understand...Your life changes. You realize that anything that was once considered impossible is now within your reach. This is the concept of IronNutz
