Inspired by the originality of their shapes, curves and colors, I use the butterfly as a basis for exploring new and imaginative designs. The hand marbled papers I use further inspire me to merge my design with the elaborately patterned paper to create an image that is both familiar and unique. It is my hope that my Fantasy Butterflies serve as a reminder of the transforming life power we each have within us, and to rejoice in the magic and beauty of our ever changing, ever challenging, ever magical lives.
