Drawn from Bec's extensive prenatal yoga classes, the practice contains flowing sequences to encourage movement and relieve stress, as well as stabilizing poses to promote strength and endurance.
Filmed in seven distinct sections, and including soothing and inspiring music, this practice can be played as an entire 1hr and 15 minute class, or subdivided for a shorter, more personalized routine.
