An opportunity to be driven in a GT-500 by a Tier 4-level certified test driver on a Hot Lap around the Dearborn Development Center's Handling Course!    Experience what it's like to test vehicles on the newly designed track with incredible speed and precision.  As an added bonus you will be given a full tour of the proving grounds.  Rechristened the Dearborn Development Center (DDC) last year, this site has had several incarnations in the past 60 years -- from an airport, to a test track, to its new role as a development tool for Ford employees and engineers who work at the adjacent Ford Research and Engineering campus.  Renovations to the 365-acre facility include 70 miles of new test roads, designed to duplicate the variety of road and weather conditions Ford customers drive in every day.  In addition, you will receive a laminated full-color map of the DDC to take home as a remembrance of this exciting experience.
