Chef Scott has been in the restaurant industry for over 20 years, with extensive experience both as a chef and a popular teacher. He has worked at several fabulous restaurants in the Seattle area. More recently he has worked at The French Laundry in Yountville and Gerard's Restaurant in Maui.
