Have you always wanted to try a spin class, or perhaps you are already an aficionado?  Then here’s a class for you!  This spin class is taught by one of the best instructors around. Philip Andrews of the Bay Club in Corte Madera Town Center is motivating, funny, very supportive and willing to help any “newbies” learn to spin.  This class is for up to 50 people so if you’re a bit shy, don’t worry, the lights are dim, and you can easily “hide” in the back of the room and go at your own pace.  There will also be many raffle prizes given away including: (1) a massage at the Bay Club’s Sanctuary Spa, (2) a voucher for one free entrée at the Pacific Catch Restaurant and one free non-alcoholic beverage, (3) a nice bottle of wine, and (4) two one-on-one training sessions or $200 off 5 or more sessions with Leslie Ford, Certified Personal Trainer, who will train with you outdoors or in your home and (5) there will also be lots of other goodies given away.
